I only planned to check it out for a few minutes, but we ended up staying about an hour. I’ll admit, it was actually fun for a quick stop.

I had a good time on the ride overall, but the safety instructions felt kind of rushed. The staff did go over the basics, but it seemed like they were trying to move everyone through really fast, so I was a bit confused about whether everything had been checked properly. Once the ride started I felt mostly fine, but I would’ve felt better with a clearer safety check before getting going.

I remember it being really easygoing and not crowded at all. I can’t recall waiting long for anything, so overall it felt smooth and low-stress.

The mountain coaster was not worth it at all. We waited way too long for what ended up being a really short ride, and the staff wasn’t exactly friendly either. It felt like we spent more time standing around getting annoyed than actually having fun. Disappointing overall

Pretty solid visit overall. I really liked that the prices were laid out clearly before we bought anything, so there weren’t no weird surprise charges at the end. It was a little crowded that day, but it was still worth it...

I didn’t have any trouble finding a spot, which was a nice surprise. The lot felt close enough to everything too, right? It only got a little tight when we were trying to leave, but overall it was easy.

The customer service was really disappointing. I reached out for help and felt like I was being ignored the whole time. Nobody seemed interested in actually resolving the issue, and I eventually had to escalate the complaint just to get any kind of response. Not a great experience at all.

I thought the place was clean, especially considering how packed it was with tourists. I went with my family, and the bathrooms were stocked and didn’t smell bad, which matters a lot when you’ve got kids with you.

Yeah, there was a little trash outside in a few spots, but people act like that means the whole place is filthy, and it really wasn’t. The staff seemed to be keeping up as best they could, so I’m giving it 4 stars because it was mostly clean, just not perfect.

This was a convenient spot for us while we were driving around the Smokies (no big detour, which was nice). Parking was decent too, so that made it easy to pop in quickly. It was a little busy when we stopped, but overall it was a nice, easy visit...

We stopped here with the family on the way through, and the restrooms were a relief. They didn’t have that weird smell, there was paper stocked, and it seemed like someone had actually been keeping an eye on them. With kids, that stuff matters more than people think. Just a nice little stop overall.

Stopped by for a quick look and ended up taking approximately a million cute goat photos. It’s a fun little spot if you want something easy and lighthearted.

I was relieved to see the goats looking so comfortable. They had plenty of room, didn’t seem stressed or dirty, and were just wandering around doing their little goat things... very cute.

The staff seemed to be keeping an eye on them without hovering too much, which I liked. I noticed fresh water too, and the whole area looked well kept!
I’m usually a bit cautious with animal places, but this one felt totally fine to me. Nice little stop, and the goats really did seem cared for...

Checkout was smooth and fast for the most part. To be fair, the only thing I’d improve is the payment page loading a little quicker, but overall it was a easy experience.

We had a nice time overall, the goats were fun to see, and the little shop was really cute. Parking was okay too, so that part wasn’t a big deal.

That said, getting around wasn’t super easy for my mom since she uses a cane. Some of the walkways felt a bit narrow, and I didn’t think the accessibility info on the website was very clear, if that makes sense? The staff were friendly, though, so I’d say it was about a 3-star visit for us

The fudge was really good, and I enjoyed the popcorn too, even though it felt a little pricey. Overall, the snacks were nice, and I’d definitely come back for the fudge again.

We stopped here with our kids while we were in the Smokies, and overall it was a fun little break. The goats on the roof were definitely the highlight for them and got laughs right away.

It was easy to walk around, and there was enough to do to keep everyone entertained for a bit without feeling overwhelming. The staff was friendly too, which made it feel relaxed. That said, it’s not a huge place, so I wouldn’t plan on spending a ton of time here.

It’s simple and a little touristy, but that was kind of part of the charm. I had mixed feelings on whether it was a must-do, but for an hour or so with kids, it ended up being a nice change of pace.

The signs were really clear, so I never got turned around or had to backtrack. Weirdly, I remember noticing a little squeaky noise from my cart near the entrance, but even with that distraction, everything was easy to find.

I was hoping this would be a fun stop for the kids, but they got bored quickly. It just didn’t feel like there was much there for children’s entertainment. What made it more frustrating was getting different answers depending on who we asked, so it was hard to know what was actually available or worth checking out. Overall, not really something I’d recommend for families with kids

I wasn’t totally sure this stop was going to be worth it, but we ended up having a good time with the kids. Parking was easy, and thankfully it didn’t feel like one of those places where you’re paying extra for every tiny thing.
It’s nothing fancy, and at first I was kind of underwhelmed, but the kids didn’t care at all. They loved the goats and poking around the shop, and we spent less than I expected. I’d probably go again.
